Meet the staff

In order to deliver the best service for our families and children we place great emphasis on the quality of our staff. Our staff regularly participate in staff development and training to ensure that they are all aware of and implement new and innovative ideas into our program.

Our staff are all special people who care, nurture and encourage all of the children in our care, helping them to gain a sense of achievement and pride in these all important early years.

We would like to introduce you to our staff:

 

Judy is the Teacher/Director of the service, she is passionate about her work and highly motivated to meet the needs of all children and their families in her care, ensuring that each child has a happy and positive experience while at Belmont North Preschool. She has a Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood) with over 26years experience as a teacher in the Early Childhood field.

Claudia is our Advanced Childcare Worker and has an Associate Diploma in Social Science (Child Care Studies) and has been working in the childcare field for over 20 years. She is happy, enthusiastic and energetic in all areas of her work with the children. She has a genuine love for the children and families at our service.

Carmel is one of our Child Care Workers and has had 21 years experience working with children she has a good rapport with the children and their families and is dedicated to providing high quality care at all times. We value her warm and caring work within the centre.

Michelle is also a Childcare Worker at our service with over 10 years experience working with children. Michelle enjoys her work and interactions with the children and their families. Her creative and storytelling abilities appeal to the children providing them with lots of fun and learning opportunities.

Helen is our Clerical Assistant, who has had over 13 years experience working in Preschool administration. Her knowledge and efficiency ensure the smooth running of our service
